What is the ‘Thoughtwork Training’ webinar?
This Thoughtwork Training webinar is a 30-minute session, where I teach you how to do Thoughtwork and breathing to find your emotional center when you feel a big swell of emotions. This is the first step to emotional regulation – accepting, naming how we feel, and pausing to process. You will leave with practical strategies that you can use right away for interacting with someone (partner, work colleague, friend, etc.) who usually trigger your emotions and you shut down (lose your voice, walk away without repair, tap out) or escalate (yell or snapback).

How long will it take?
